" Being in the Early College Program has allowed me to advance in ways I wasn't expecting. This opportunity enhanced my ability to be independent, advocate for myself, and connect with new people. You can not only participate in your home high school clubs and sports but PCCs as well..."

" The Early College Program has been a unique and new learning experience. I had the opportunity to connect to multiple professors and explore the open variety of courses offered at PCC. I can see the 'EC' program as a headstart,-- which allows students to explore and focus on the classes we are interested in pursuing.

Personally, I would see the Early College Program as a rigorous learning experience. But thanks to the various opportunities and guidance before/during the program, I learned to manage myself during challenging times. These learning experiences made me understand the action steps and amount of effort I should do to receive the results I wish to obtain.

Overall, I am thankful and appreciated being part of The Early College Program and would recommend others to challenge themselves."

" I've become really grateful of the Early College program. It really feels like I'm getting a head start in life. A year ago I had no idea what I wanted to do career-wise, but now my college and career plan is so much clearer thanks to the support from those involved in the program. Not only do the college courses challenge and engage me in a way that my previous high school classes didn't, but they also feel so much more meaningful because I know that each one is truly helping me build my future. My best advice for anyone considering the program is to be prepared to manage your time well and advocate for yourself. It's almost cliché at this point to say that, but it really does help. "
